By Derek Cheshire

There is creative potential in all of us, and trying to create room for it to flourish can be a challenge. A reasonable degree of creativity is a natural output of mentally and socially healthy people. As in any other human activity, practice and training can develop it. How to Boost the Power of the Mind

By Steve Gillman

There are many ways to boost the power of the mind. Some of them are proven by science, some soon-to-be proven, and others that work for one person and not another. That is why I advocate the "shotgun approach" to increasing one's mind power. Unlike rifle shells, shotgun shells have many pellets instead of one bullet. When fired, these spread out, so you don't have to be as accurate in your aim. In other words it makes hitting the target easier and more likely.

This instantly puts pressure and limitations on our creativity. It's the equivalent of tying someone's arms and legs together and telling them to go and dance freely!
